Dear leaders,

Don’t hope for the best. 

Leaders who create, don’t hope. They know.

Has it ever occurred to you what it takes for creators?

Creators of reality. The realities that would have never existed without them. 

The subtle difference as it may appear between Creator-ship and Leader-ship, can be hugely advantageous. 

If you are stuck for long in feelings of desires rather than living your desire and thriving ahead then you may be benefited with this difference.

First, and foremost, who are creators? 

Creators are people who know the below truths, and it’s their creation arsenal & firepower. 

This clarity is their origin of every action.

(1) To decide is to make a pledge of die or do but to never return to safety at all

(2) To have a plan B is to put in grave slowly but for sure, plan A. 

Even if the plan B is lurking in your mind for infinitely negligible proportion or time, like a pin dot size, it will become your go-to reality or at best, you will be stuck for real long miserably in pursuit of Plan A.

Creators know plan B is cancer of plan A.

Slowly, slyly, it is an act of no-love but self-deceit along with betraying all around who trust and love you.

(3) Creators know if they have made a backup plan, they haven’t made a one-way decision.

(4) Creators are afraid of fear, so they fill their mind and heart with the risk of faith! 

(Read slowly please and don’t only admire its power but taste it, with closed eyes)

(5) Creators care for love.

They know that love is risk. But love liberates them and is the only force that creates. Nothing else. 

(6) Creators are truth worshipers.

All they need for creation lies in truths of their heart. They make awareness as their prime responsibility. With awareness of their truths, they don’t cheat them, but create life they truly desire. With a choice of being aware for truths, they do biggest service to them.

They make a pledge to never forget what, 85 years aged, famous psychologist Carl Jung (1875–1961) said

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

(Please do read it again calmly and intentionally digest it — it will change your life!)

(7) Creators worry about energy and hence, put them in always high frequency energy.

(8) Creators worry of time like there is no tomorrow.

(9) Creators never look back – not once

(10) Creators invest in seeking help. Put all-in emotions, money, & relationship, whatever it takes.

(11) Creators die every day and wake up renewed everyday—consciously actioning to die.

You may be best benefited if you take each of the above and in your calmness observe these and relate with your own actions and behaviours. 

Don’t beat yourself up and worst, don’t make denial your best friend.

Just take notice and listen to your consciousness embedded heart. 

Your heart holds all truths of what is best for you that you truly love to apply above and be the creator of your reality or else, keep hoping and waste your life in hoping.
