A lot of interesting debates are happening in circles of family businesses such as follows:

(1) I am first generation and turned 54 today. I wonder if all these years pay any difference and meaning to lives of my customers? 

Before I turn 70, How would I build a legacy to keep my customers helped, nurtured, and inspired by our products, services and our thoughts too? This includes all future customers who aren’t yet born even. 

Is this a classified service of its own league and can there be a more systematic, structured and unendingly evolving way to keep its promise alive forever? 

(2) I am a fourth generation and at 29 

I am in third year of my marriage and hold my son thinking what would be the world when he is to reign our family business? 

What am I leaving behind for him that he could build happiness in his life and all others whom he cares in family and business and beyond even. 

Is there a way our legacy model even creates ultra advantage for existing generations while being alive and pass as much as that we are to create using it to our next and all future generations?

(3) I am going back in time and thinking how did I come here. I am at 45 and can’t help thinking that philanthropy could have been far superior and scientifically delivered than how we are taught by our respectful father and forefathers. Can philanthropy be such that we don’t just do social good but build next generation upgrade to social fabric we live in today? Is philanthropy even the right tool for the same or perhaps I lack knowledge and maybe legacy approach that I must think differently and employ an altogether different methods for the same?

….and many more of words, thoughts and debates ongoing in heart and mind of people accomplishing superior aims, far reaching goals, and deliver life even after life! 

The above three are not views on the philanthropical importance, they have vibrations and feelings much beyond the need of fulfilling the needy and desperate! 

So what is this and why it matters, I wondered and had quite advanced discussions with them helping them clarify in their own mind what was before a zest or feeling and post the discussion it is succinctly clear enough to draw upon some decisions now.
