Audit your performance in business. Audit your contribution in business growth really. 

If you are in commodities or bare necessities of life kind of products then audit more harshly on remarkable possibility you had and actually what you did. 

Be as harsh as you can but not harsher than necessary. Kill all excuses or any attempt your mind throws in protecting your ego and you will find yourself on track of accessing your genie. Kill all urge to rationalise your emotions during the audit and you will be well on track accelerating further. 

When I say harsh, I meant being honest with no ego intervening in your audit to skew or manipulate your audit report… 

Once you do have these audits, sit with yourselves and ask where I am and where I want to be leading?

Now ask, if I continue to use my existing ownership privileges, in same ways I had been using then will I create a business and life I want?Now you collect all your audit outcomes and above response and see what indicators it is giving you to move your needle for genie to be accessed?

You will find it somewhere in the process and in truth you will have the answer way before but the evidences or courage or both necessary to bring you to acceptance and submission might just need all above before you commit for advancing religiously for life to access this genie and look never back. This is the moment when you have summoned the growth engine and beyond powers of leadership seated forever since you had been given ownership. Do it and give a chance to be thankful to yourselves. It will pay off.
