THE POWER & PROMISE OF ETERNITY CONSTITUTION

What is a constitution?

Please write your definition.

Do write it based on what your definition is – not what you think is right.

Compare what you intend to accomplish in future against the definition that you wrote.

Does your constitutional definition deliver the expected future that you intend to manifest?

Let us see with an example: The definition of the constitution

Per Oxford Dictionary:  Constitution is – The system of laws and basic principles that a state, a country, or an organization is governed by.

Per Cambridge Dictionary:  The constitution is – The set of political principles by which a state or organization is governed, especially concerning the rights of the people it governs

Per Webster Dictionary: Constitution is – The basic principles and laws of a nation, state, or social group that determine the powers and duties of the government and guarantee certain rights to the people in it

Could you see the envisioned future you intend to manifest through the Constitution? Is it possible to achieve your manifested state via the Constitution? The answer is BIG YES and Equally BIG NO.

Reason: If you notice the definitions of the constitution – it is a set of principles used to govern while guaranteeing the rights of people.  In other words, it influences decisions but it CANNOT create decisions.

It is creating the decisions that, over a period, result in manifested vision. This means using the Constitution while manifesting vision will guarantee future states and hold the desired character per the Constitution.

Does this mean the Constitution will help make decisions? Will it help keep decisions aligned with the character desired of the future state after 5 to 10 years? Will future states be the outcome of one decision per day per individual living the constitution or hundreds and thousands of decisions every day for years to come?

Daily across your family of 50 people or business of thousands, over a million decisions are taken daily to reach the vision, and each must adhere to the constitution as much as possible.

Note: As much as practically possible and not as much as mentally possible. This means that if 50 people in the family are left to perform as per their best intention and endeavour to live the constitution, they are guaranteed to fail to live the constitution.

It is responsible for the quality of decisions that adhere to set principles. It is not responsible for helping people make those decisions.

Meaning the Constitution is powerless until applied in the process of making decisions.

Make a note here:  There is a life-changing difference between a feeling and a decision. Stop feeling what you feel, and stop saying to you things that you feel. Instead, make that decision and act in coherence.

The feeling of alignment is the worst enemy of alignment, and it is a great friend to misalignment and missing the destination with a story to justify misalignment.

Decide instead. Deciding to align as per the constitution is a conscious act.

However, do you believe the interpretation of the constitution inspires a feeling that is the same in every family member or organisation member? Do you believe everyone’s interpretation of the calling of the Constitution is more or less even the same, let alone similar?

Now, think if members can operate from their feelings about the Constitution. Will they ever align?

Let’s understand something based on undisputable grounds:

Baba Saheb Ambedkar, the architect of modern India. He created the world’s purest democracy in the longest constitution. Let us look at who he was from his position of being known as the architect of India.

Dr. BR Ambedkar was declared the number one scholar in the world by Colombia University.

Apart from two masters and a Bar-at-Law, he had four doctoral degrees, plus he knew several European languages (and several Indian languages, including Sanskrit). He also wrote the Pali language dictionary and was the first person from South Asia to be conferred a Ph.D in Economics…

In total, he had 36 degrees and diplomas. Dr. Ambedkar filled his library with more than 50,000 books. Instead, he was the first Indian to pursue a doctorate in economics abroad And is popularly known as the “Symbol of Knowledge” and “The Sign of Information.”

Dr. Ambedkar was a master in 64 subjects. He knew nine languages, i.e. English, Hindi, Marathi, Pali, Sanskrit, Gujarati, French, German and Persian. Columbia University made a list of the World’s top 100 scholars in 2004; the first name on that list was Dr. BR Ambedkar.

Dr. Ambedkar completed eight studies at the London School of Economics in just two years and three months. For this, he studied 21 hours a day

Dr. Ambedkar is the first and only person in the world to receive a valuable doctorate named Doctor All Science from the London School of Economics. Many intelligent students have tried for it but haven’t succeeded until now. Governor Lord Linlithgow and Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi believed Dr. Ambedkar was more intelligent than 500 graduates and thousands of scholars. Now, this demands some credit, especially if you are Indian.

In that case, you should hold the book of the Indian constitution and observe that the constitution of India is written with the entire decision model and how decisions will be made and unmade – the entire architecture of governance—for a sole reason—the constitution cannot create decisions.

Can inspire but not aspire and most certainly fail to assist in taking cohesive decisions from varying interpretation points and value?

Constitution can create feelings, but, feelings and decisions are two different things. As you know very well the difference between the strong feeling of committing to build positive relationship with your son or daughter vs. a decision one day you make to build that relationship has massive difference – the difference of committed, thoughtful, and mindful actions – daily until reached the desired manifestation.

Thus, feelings cannot be sufficient to align with the Constitution’s spirit. Constitution is not responsible for decisions but influences decisions such that the resulting decisions hold the intended and desired quality.

This means the Constitution has no power to make decisions and it can only influence one decision at a time which will define resulting overall quality.

Now let us ask ourselves:

  • Why didn’t Dr BR Ambedkar, only create constitution of India? If it is so pure and beautiful and inspiring then why had he not left it to people to implement constitution the way they deem fit convenient and able?
  • What would have happened India in 1947 onward had written constitution but had implemented the purest spirit of India in constitution by its follow on leaders and people of India?

This means that if the purity of the constitution and its promise must manifest in reality then Dr.BR Ambedkar and likes of credibly knowledgeable people must embark on designing the governance to deliver every decision with confidence and not by chance giving hope that it must be designed for delivering the constitutional promise of spiritual abundance, prosperity and love in the family legacy or business legacy

I trust this clarifies.
